Summit Interfaith Council Kicks Off New Year

The Summit Interfaith Council met for the first time in the 2010-11 program year.  The Council convened in the Sukkah (tabernacle) outside of the Summit Jewish Center.  Plans were discussed for a future retreat and this year’s Community Thanksgiving Service with the theme, “Breaking Ground – Building Community.”  This year’s service will take place on Sunday, November 21, at Calvary Church.  More details will be forthcoming soon.
